Producing ‘Gelato’ in the artisan style since 1982,we pay particular attention to sourcing the best raw materials,scrupulous production controls,and continuous research for innovation and creativity.

All of our ‘gelato’ is produce using traditional ‘mantecatori’, small batch freezers with rotating paddles that impart the creamy texture associated with authentic ‘gelato mantecato’.

We have removed hydrogenated fats, use quality raw materials from controlled sources, and only natural colours and flavours. All of this so that we can offer you , our authentic and genuine "gelato di Natura"
