What’s up with PJ?

PJ is a beer brewer. And PJ is a pharmacist. He is brewing beer with pharmaceutical approach, scientific knowledge and skillfulness, which he combines with passion, devotion and curiosity.
PJ is also interested in stories and people. Well, people with stories. And he believes that everyone has one to tell, even people he met only in his dreams. Who knows, maybe some day he captures your story.

He groks beer and that doesn’t mean only that he drinks it. Grok means deep understanding, an intuitive insight, which demands blending into the experience to truly enjoy it. PJ believes it is the same with beer; you have to drink it and profoundly merge with it to understand it.
