Since our inception in 1965, Biosynth has become a well established chemical company with both ISO and GMP certifications. Our core business includes the development, manufacturing, and sourcing of APIs as well as a full range of fine chemicals. We also have strong expertise in the synthesis of compounds for microbiological and diagnostic tests, chromogenic substrates, reagents for cell culture, agro and bio-chemicals, synthetic intermediates, and building blocks.
The main facility (production, warehouse, R&D, and QC) is situated in Staad, Switzerland with an additional sales office in the Chicago area of the US, QC in China, and further EU- based warehouses. We are also currently in a strong expansion period, most recently acquiring major shares of TAU-CHEM (Bratislava, Slovakia) which specializes in valuable heterocycles and chiral building blocks. Our resourceful R&D departments in Switzerland, Slovakia and in China can perform milligram to kilogram syntheses, route scouting, process and production engineering.
