Grad Strmol

Grad Strmol je eden najstarejših pričevalcev preteklih časov na tem območju, saj segajo njegovi začetki v daljno 13. stoletje.

V gradu Strmol sta zadnja lastnika Rado in Ksenija Hribar ustvarila družabno zbirališče tedanjih slovenskih imenitnežev in umetnikov. Preteklo vzdušje je še danes moč čutiti v grajskih prostorih.

Zaradi izjemnih kulturnih, umetnostno-arhitekturnih, zgodovinskih in krajinskih lastnosti je bil Strmol leta 2004 razglašen za kulturni spomenik državnega pomena.

Na gradu Strmol danes občutite drugačnost bivanja. Gostje imajo možnost nastanitve v enajstih grajskih sobanah in apartmajih. Grad s svojimi prostori predstavlja idealno lokacijo za poslovna ali zasebna srečanja. V manjših pristavah ob gradu pa se nahaja manjši konferenčni objekt, kjer je možno organizirati večnamenski dogodek. Poročni obred in zabave so v gradu Strmol prava pravljica.

Castle Strmol represents true witnesses of the past times in this area since its beginnings. Its history dates back into the 13th century.

The castle Strmol last owners were Rado and Ksenija Hribar. For the time of their being they created a place of social gatherings for Slovenian artists of all kinds. The vibrant energy of the castle can be felt even nowadays.

Due to exceptional cultural, artistic, architectural, historical and landscape features the Strmol castle was declared as a cultural monument of national importance.

Even today, Strmol castle offers a different kind of living. Guests can stay in one of eleven authentic castle rooms and suites. Castle represents an ideal location for business or private meetings. In smaller business spaces near the castle there are smaller conference facilities, where it is possible to organize a multi-purpose event. The castle represents an ideal venue for a fairy-tale weeding.
