The women’s fashion brand, Sugarbird was established in 2007 at the heart of Europe, in Hungary’s capitol, Budapest, by an ambitious young woman Hedvig Jagasics v. Csonka.
Essentially the company manufactures ready to wear collections, however time to time special couture pieces can be found as well among the diverse selection.
All merchandise is strictly made in Hungary, and only by utilising European fabrics.
Sugarbird is seeking to provide opportunities to local talents, upcoming fashion designers, street art graphic designers, and topmodels, who became style icons within the region, to create their own collections, which are sold and marketed throughout Hungary and the neighboring countries with a very large success.
The brand is 100% self financing, and is being built step by step, with a huge dedication to show off talents, and to allow promotion for their work to a wide audience.
Beginning from the fall of 2014 we had the possibility to cooperate with global companies like the Walt Disney Co. or Cartoon Network. By utilising their world-renowned cartoon characters in our collections, we have a chance to show ourselves to the whole world.
